Your firm must have valid certification under the United States / Canada Joint Certification Program (JCP) (https://www.dla.mil/HQ/LogisticsOperations/Services/JCP/) to be granted access to the technical data package (TDP). To register, or to re-register, please follow the instructions on the JCP website. Registration can take several weeks.

Please provide the following information in a document via email (contact information is below):

5. Summary of your company’s expertise in the manufacturing of the part. Statements of your firm’s expertise.

6. Summary of your company’s delivery capability.

7. Summary of the place of performance.

8. Is the NAICS Code appropriate for the items being requested?

9. Can you confirm if this is a commercial or noncommercial buy?

10. Estimate of production lead time? Monthly delivery rate?

All interested firms and manufacturers, regardless of size, may respond to this request for information. Information submissions can include product literature and illustrations, relevant company background/experience.

Information submissions must be received no later than 15 days following posting of this notice.

The Government will not award a contract based upon responses to this announcement. The Government will not reimburse or pay any costs for preparing or submitting information in response to this notice.
