Description
This is a non-personal services contract to provide lodging, meals, training facilities, and support services for the Edinburg North High School Independent School District (ISD) JROTC Cadet Leadership Challenge (JCLC) camp during the period of performance 2-6 March 2026. The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform the services as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS).
The JCLC will host approximately 120 Cadets and 17 Cadre from 14 schools. The contractor shall be responsible for providing a safe and effective environment for all participants.The work to be performed under this contract shall be performed at a contract facility within 150 miles of Edinburg, TX 78516.
