Description
The City of Eloy will accept sealed proposals for Airport Planning and Environmental Consulting Services at the mailing address or physical location until the date and time detailed below. Proposals shall be in the actual possession of the City on or prior to the exact date and time indicated below. Late proposals will not be considered. Proposals shall be submitted in a sealed package with “RFQ – Airport Planning and Environmental Consulting Services” and the Offeror’s name and address clearly indicated on the front of the package. All proposals shall be completed in ink or typewritten. Offerors are strongly encouraged to carefully read the entire Request for Qualifications (RFQ).
