General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:

State: South Dakota

City: Rapid City

Delineated Area: City Limits of Rapid City, South Dakota

Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 7,717

Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 7,949

Space Type: Office

Parking Spaces (Total): 20

Parking Spaces (Surface): 20

Full Term: 120 months

Firm Term: 60 months

Option Term: Two 5-year options are required

Additional Requirements: One (1) of the unreserved spaces must accommodate oversized vehicles of 10’ X 40’

Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.  A fully serviced lease is required.  Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year” floodplain).
