Description

THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary, and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government.

The 9th Contracting Squadron, Beale AFB, CA, is seeking capabilities from businesses classified as Small, Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB), 8(a), Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB), Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), or Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) for the purposes of determining the appropriate level of competition for a contract to provide Sports Officiating and Scorekeeping services. Please note that this Sources Sought does not in any way obligate the Government to award a subsequent Contract.

This Sources Sought is for market research and planning purposes to determine if responsible sources exist and to assist in determining if this effort can be competitive. The requirement is for a Sports Officiating and Scorekeeping services at Beale AFB, CA. The Contractor shall be required to furnish all personnel, labor, materials, and equipment necessary to plan, manage, and accomplish the services in strict accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). A draft of the PWS is included in this notice for market research purposes only; do not submit a proposal. Any suggestions or questions are welcomed; these will be used to improve the requirement documents. These may not receive an answer or might be answered at the time of solicitation. A total period of performance has not been determined yet. This requirement is expected to be awarded as a Firm-Fixed-Price contract.

SIZE STANDARD: $16.5M

In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database via www.sam.gov. The following information is requested if interested in this requirement:

All of the above must be submitted in sufficient detail for a decision to be made on the availability of small business concerns. Prime contractors must be US-owned entities who intend to submit a package for this Sources Sought.
