Print Bid Title: Kodiak Landfill Baler Building Roof and Wall Replacement Category: Construction Services Status: Closed Description: The KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH will received sealed bids until 3:00 pm (local time), January 11, 2018 for the KODIAK LANDFILL BALER BUILDING ROOF AND WALL REPLACEMENT PROJECT, Kodiak, Alaska. The scope of works includes removal of existing roof and wall assemblies on a pre-engineered metal building and installation of metal roof and wall panels with new insulation system. Work also includes removal and replacement of selected doors, windows, mechanical/electrical systems, and other miscellaneous work as required for a complete and finished project. Alternate bid is included to provide and install insulated roof and wall panel assemblies in lieu of metal panels. There will be a non-mandatory pre-bid conference December 14, 2017 at 10:00 am (local time) at the Kodiak Island Borough Landfill, 1203 Monashka Drive, Kodiak Alaska. All interested bidders are strongly encouraged to attend this pre-bid conference. All interested parties are required to register in order to receive notification regarding amendments and addenda.
