The WA Office of the Secretary of State is initiating this RFP to solicit for a qualified third-party consulting firm to conduct the migration of the OSOS Active Directory Domain Services (ADDS) domain and forest, Entra ID/365 Services, and Azure environments, to include all applications, services, and data hosted within, to Washington Technology Solutions’ (WaTech)’s Enterprise Active Directory (EAD) and Entra ID/Azure Washington State Executive (WSE) tenants.
