Description
The United States Coast Guard is accepting quotes from qualified individuals or firms to provide all labor, supplies, materials, equipment, supervision, licenses, and management for the performance of this work by providing unarmed guard services protection (and related services) for personnel, property, facilities and land at U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) Sector New Orleans. Location of site is 200 Hendee St, New Orleans, LA 70114.
Prior to submitting a quote, it is mandatory to examine the Performance Work Statement to become familiar with the required work, and it is highly recommended to visit the location to become familiar with existing conditions under which the work will be performed. All work must be completed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement.

The period of performance for this contract is a one-year base period with four one-year (12 month) option periods as follows:
Base Period: 01 April 2026 - 31 March 2027
Option Year One: 01 April 2027 - 31 March 2028
Option Year Two: 01 April 2028 - 31 March 2029
Option Year Three: 01 April 2029 - 31 March 2030
Option Year Four: 01 April 2030 - 31 March 2031
Contractors’ quotes need to provide a total price for the base year and all option years.
This will be a firm-fixed priced purchase order awarded to the lowest priced technically acceptable offer. The evaluation factors are:
