Description

This solicitation is for a firm fixed price contract, which consists of food items delivered to FCI Leavenworth between the dates of April 1, 2026 and April 14, 2026. Each item must meet the specification in the line description and the CID standards found here (https://www.ams.usda.gov/grades-standards)

Quotes must be e-mailed to Kathleen Wood, Contract Specialist, at kwood1@bop.gov.

In addition please review the attached delivery instructions to verify you are to meet the delivery requirements.

The specification excel spreadsheet and the vendor cover sheet both must be completed and e-mailed to address above by January 27, 2026 at 07:00 am to be considered. Any quote received after the deadline will not be considered.
