This is a Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) issued under the authority of DFARS 212.70. The Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) is focused on modernizing business operations by actively seeking innovative commercial technologies, products and services that will enhance our ability to deliver the military pay benefit at a significant patron savings.
