The Matanuska-Susitna Borough is requesting bids from qualified contractors to provide labor, equipment, and materials to construct road and drainage improvements, a separated pathway, and a new Cottonwood Creek fish passage crossing on Fern Street between Leota Street and Knik-Goose Bay Road, approximately 0.4 miles.
