All work to be done under one Contractor as described in the Scope of Work: Replacement of roofing on an existing elementary school. All work must be substantially complete not later than October 14, 2022 and final completion achieved not later than October 31, 2022. There will be a non-mandatory pre-bid conference on February 16, 2022 at 10:00 am (local time) at Main Elementary School, 128 Powell Avenue, Kodiak, Alaska . Potential bidders are encouraged to attend this conference. All interested parties are required to register in order to receive notification regarding amendments and addenda. The Bidder Registration form can be found in the Bid Documents. Addenda will be posted only on the KIB website.
