Subject: Amendment No. 2 – Solicitation 191N6526R0003 Dear Prospective Offerors, Please find attached Amendment No. 2 to Solicitation 191N6526R0003 for Binding and Printing Services for the Library of Congress, New Delhi Office. Purpose of Amendment: This amendment provides clarifications to vendor queries regarding sample pictures, specifications, and submission requirements. It also includes detailed answers to all questions received and confirms that specifications remain as stated in the solicitation. Key Highlights: Specifications for Pecha Boxes, Periodicals, Monographs, and Miscellaneous Boxes are clearly detailed in the solicitation (Section V, Pages 11–13). Attached is the image of the Pecha Box (four boxes stacked together). This is the only image currently available. Vendors will perform work at their own site; services will be delivered directly as per contract terms.
