Amendment 0001
The Purpose of Amendment 0001 is to provide answers to Industry Questions. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
409th Contracting Command, 928th Contracting Battalion (CBN) / Regional Contracting Office Bavaria (RCO) issues a solicitation for the procurement of services for the Rental of Portable Chemical Latrines and Hand Washing Stations within the Grafenwoehr Training Area (GTA), Hohenfels Training Area (HTA), and Amberg Training Area (ATA). A firm fixed price (FFP) Requirements Type Contract will be awarded. This requirement will utilize low price technically acceptable evaluation factors in determining the successful offer.
The Period of Performance is expected to start 1 August 2026 and includes a one (1) year Base Periods with four (4) one-year Option Periods IAW FAR Clause 52.217-9 (Option to Extend the Term of the Contract).
