No solicitation, specifications, drawings, or technical scope of services is available currently. The Government will use the responses to this SOURCES SOUGHT notice to make acquisition decisions.
Pittsburgh District, US Army Corps of Engineers, has a requirement for buildings and grounces maintenance services at Tionesta Lake. The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of potentially qualified businesses. The NAICS code applicable to this procurement will be 561730 with a small business size standard of $9.5 million.
The Place of Performance is 477 Spillway Rd, Tionesta, PA 16353. Public-use facilities owned and operated by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) include Tionesta Recreation Area with a 125-site campground, Outflow Recreation Area with a 37-site campground, Kellettville Campground with 20 campsites, Tionesta Lake Park which includes the Control Tower, Resource Manager and Ranger Offices, Visitor Center and boat launch. Tionesta Lake also hosts multiple trails; Arrowhead Trail, Creek Side Trail, Dam Site Trail, Information Loop Trail, Mill Race Trail, Plantation Trail and Summit Trail.
Interested contractors shall demonstrate through company experience and supporting customer feedback documentation the ability to provide mowing, leaf mulching, weedwacking, janitorial service, pressure washing, herbicide treatments, and raw sewage/sludge removal.
RESPONSE REQUIREMENTS
The submission of a Capabilities Statement is limited to 30 pages and must include:
1) Company name, UEI, CAGE, address, point of contact, phone number, and e-mail address.
2) Company interest in providing a quote a solicitation.
3) Examples of comparable work performed within the past 5 years based on the above criteria. Specify if work was performed as the prime contractor or as a subcontractor.
4) Verification of Small Business Administration (SBA) certification(s).
