Description
Amendment 1: The purpose of this amendment is to notify all potential offerors of a Site Visit scheduled on 3 February 2026 at 10:00am AK time. All interested parties must notifiy the Contracting Officer and Contracting Specialist with apporiate documentation to be added to the approved base access list before 1 February 2026 at 12:00pm AK time. A valid REAL ID is required.

This project is to establish a service for the inspection, maintenance and repair of designated kitchen ventilation, exhaust, make-up air and heat recovery systems at Eielson AFB (see the PWS for additional info). To include monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, annual and additional requested cleanings to be in line with parameters defined in the contracts Performance Work Statement (PWS). The scope of this requirement extends to cost associated with maintenance repairs, applicable reimbursable parts & materials, emergency repairs and additional wash down solutions. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, supervision, tools, supplies, certifications, and transportation as necessary.
