Request for Information (RFI)
The United States (U.S.) Army Contracting Command-New Jersey (ACC-NJ), Picatinny Arsenal, NJ 07806-5000, on behalf of U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM) Armaments Center (AC), HMIF program located at Picatinny Arsenal, New Jersey, is issuing this Sources Sought Notice (SSN) as a means of conducting Market Research to identify potential sources for Lethal payload packages for integration onto remotely operated unmanned ground vehicle (UGV) systems.
Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding submissions.
Candidate technologies could include, but are not limited to:
- Small and Medium Caliber Wireless and Wired Remote Weapons Stations.
- Medium Caliber remote turret technologies.
- Remotely operated Mortar Systems
- Lethal Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) Launch Systems
- Javelin, Hellfire, or equivalent Anti-tank System Compatibilities
- Smart Munition delivery systems
Interested businesses shall submit a brief capabilities statement package (no more than ten 8.5 X 11 inch pages, font no smaller than 10 point) demonstrating their technology and the current Technology Readiness Level (TRL)/Manufacturing Readiness Level (MRL). If significant subcontracting or teaming is anticipated in order to deliver technical capability, organizations should address the administrative and management structure of such arrangements.
Your response to this Sources Sought, including any capabilities statement, shall be electronically submitted to the Contract Specialist, Kadeem Edwards, in either Microsoft Word or Portable Document Format (PDF), via email kadeem.a.edwards.civ@army.mil no later than 3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on 1 March 2026 and reference this synopsis number in subject line of e-mail and on all enclosed documents. Information and materials submitted in response to this request WILL NOT be returned. DO NOT SUBMIT CLASSIFIED MATERIAL.
The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 332994, Small Arms, Ordnance, and Ordnance Accessories Manufacturing industry with a Small Business Size Standard of 1000 employees. The following Product Service Codes (PSCs) are applicable: 1005, GUNS through 30MM; 1010 Guns, over 30MM up to 75MM; 1055, LAUNCHERS, ROCKET, and PYROTECHNIC; and 1550 DRONES/UNMANNED AIRCRAFT/ SPACE VEHICLES.
