Description

The Government is requesting an offer to lease a minimum of 1348 gross square feet to a maximum of 1680 gross square feet (gross square feet to include any common area factor) in Lubbock, Texas within a delineated area of: Northern Limit - Marsha Sharpe Highway- US - 82, Southern Limit - 20th Street, Eastern Limit - Avenue V, and Western Limit -Nashville Avenue, for a period of five years, with 30-day termination rights for the Government subsequent to the first year, except that the lease shall be subject to the availability of appropriations as stated on the attached sample lease for real property. the desired occupancy date is September 1,2026 or as soon as possible.
