Description
Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for 191N6526Q0028, Drone light Show. If you would like to submit quotation, follow the instructions in Section 3 of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address shown on the Standard Form 1449 that follows this letter.
The Embassy intends to conduct a pre-quotation conference at the American Center, 24 Kasturba Gandhi Marg, Connaught Place, the pre-proposal conference will be held on on April 9, 2026 at 11 Hrs. Prospective offerors/quoters should contact Kamathsp@state.gov by November 8, 2026 at 12 Hrs. for additional information or to arrange entry to the building along with following information:
1 Name of the person as per Aadhaar card.
2 If your company requests access for more than one person, only one individual will be allowed to carry a laptop and phone.
3 Phone number of the device you plan to carry.
Quotations are due by April 16, 2026,1400 hrs. No quotations will be accepted after this time. Proposals must be in English and incomplete proposals will not be accepted.
Last date to receive questions is April 9, 2026. To participate in this solicitation, bidders must attend the pre‑quotation conference.
No quotations shall be accepted after 1400 hrs. (India Time) of April 16, 2026. Quotations must be in English. Incomplete quotations will not be accepted. Quotation submitted to any other e-mail ID other than Newdelhibids@state.gov shall be rejected and dealt in accordance with FAR provision 52.215-1.
