TITLE: Asphalt Repair Project for the U.S. Embassy Baku, Azerbaijan.
DESCRIPTION: The American Embassy Baku hereby provides the following Pre-Solicitation Notice in respect of the issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) for an asphalt repair project for the U.S. Embassy Baku, Azerbaijan. The U.S Embassy Baku intends to issue a single Firm-Fixed-Price construction contract for the project. The Contractor is solely responsible for providing construction services necessary to meet the requirements of this contract. The Contractor shall complete the project in accordance with
the technical requirements which will be provided with the solicitation. A site visit will be held at the site in April-May 2026. The exact date will be announced later. Companies interested in the solicitation shall express their interest by written correspondence to the attention of Procurement Agent Anar Rzayev at e-mail address RzayevA@state.gov no later than April 16, 2026, using the solicitation number 19AJ2026Q0006 in the subject line. Please do not telephone. All requests for a copy of the solicitation MUST
include the Name of Firm, Name, Telephone and Email Address of Point of Contact and Complete Physical and Mailing Address of the company. Solicitation and award will be subject to the laws and regulations of the United States of America and is being competed utilizing full and open competition procedures.
