The United States Embassy in Honduras requires a Contractor to furnish all necessary management, administration, personnel, tools, and services to perform preventive maintenance on the U.S. Embassy Tegucigalpa Compound Fuel System and to provide specialized training to Embassy personnel in Honduras. This includes services performed by technicians with United States Government SECRET or TOP SECRET clearances, authorized by specified manufacturers (PNEUMERCATOR, BENNETT PUMP CO., FUELMASTER, FRANKLIN FUELING SYSTEMS, CONTAINMENT SOLUTIONS), as well as unlimited remote support, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the solicitation. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered.
The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.
