Amendment Number: A006 - See Summary and Revised RFP in Attachments – February 20, 2026

This Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) request for proposals (RFP) is issued to establish multiple Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts to design and construct CBP facilities, including checkpoints, sector headquarters, border patrol stations, and air facilities through out the Unites States in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW).
The terms of each IDIQ contract will be five (5) years from date of award.
A Design-Build selection process will be used for this procurement. See RFP attachments for more information.
Phase 1(A) responses are due by January 19, 2026 at 5:00 ET.
Phase 1(B) responses are due by January 30, 2026 at 1:00ET.
Phase 2 responsed are due by March 9. 2026 at 3:00ET.
