Description
The Embassy of the United States in Guatemala intends to publish a request for proposal (RFP) for the acquisition of electric supply services for the NEC located in Boulevard Austriaco 11-51, Zona 16.
Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Guatemala will launch the solicitation on www.SAM.gov, website when it is available.
The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which will be considered.
The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price indefinite-quantity indefinite delivery type contract under which may be placed firm fixed price delivery orders.
