Description

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution (Ashland), intends to issue a solicitation 15B10226Q00000007 for the requirements of: QUARTERLY KOSHER FOB Destination, Deliveries will be made to Federal Correctional Institution (Ashland), PO BOX 888, State Route 716, Ashland, KY41105. The contract type is a firm fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make a formal single or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offer(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation that are considered to be most advantageous to the Government. The solicitation will be made available on or about February 5, 2026, and will be posted to the https://beta.sam.gov/.  All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up to date information about this solicitation. The bids are to be received no later than February 12th, 2026, at 12:pm est. Delivery will not be accepted no sooner than April 1st, 2026.  Orders over $15,000.00, payments will be made using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or via Government Purchase Card for awards of $15,000.00 or less. Each offer is required per FAR 52.212‑3 to complete their representations and certifications via the On-line Representation and Certification Applications (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov. Must include a letter of kosher certification with your quote.
