Description

Florida National Well-Septic Repairs
The Department of Veterans Affairs, National Cemetery Administration has a requirement for a Firm Fixed Price (FFP)
contract for a Contractor to provide all Management and Supervision, Labor, Equipment, Material, Supplies, etc.,
necessary and required repair and install new well system at the Florida National Cemetery. All work will be done
as defined and described in accordance with applicable Local, State and Federal laws, regulations and
in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, of the Scope of Work, Specifications and Drawings herein.
This Invitations for Bids (IFB) procurement opportunity is 100% Set-Aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned
Small-Business, (SDVOSB) firms; Authority 38 U.S.C. 8127 (Public Law 109-461).
Bidders must be SBA VetCert verified prior to submitting a bid in accordance with VAAR 819-7003(B) AND FAR PROVISION
52.204-7(a).
Bidder must represent that it is a SDVOSB concern under NAICS code assigned to this acquisition and is SBA VetCert
verified for eligibility in the https://veterans.certify.sba.gov/ - database.
In accordance with VAAR 819.7003 (b), SDVOSB firms must be verified in the SAB VetCert database,
https://veterans.certify.sba.gov.
Prospective bidders must also be registered in Vendor Information Pageshttps://veterans.certify.sba.gov/
Contractor must be certified Vets 4212 athttps://www.dol.gov/agencies/vets/programs/vets 4212 at the time of Bid

Construction. The Size Standard for this procurement is $45 million dollars.
The Magnitude of Construction range for this procurement isestimated to be between $250,000 and $500,000.

Interested Bidders are strongly encouraged to Participate in a organized Pre-Bid Site Visit at the Florida NC
On April 16th at 9 am EST at 6502 SW 102nd Ave, Bushnell Florida.
Interested bidders will be required to furnish a Bid Bond; and the awarded Contractor will be required to provide
Performance and Payment Bonds.
Requests for Information (RFI) must be sent via e-mail to the Contracting Officer IAW page 8 Submittal of bid
Instructions and page 87 for RFI instruction.
Bids will be accepted on total price of all line items.
