The U.S. Embassy Ashgabat, Turkmenistan is going to procure Building Automation System (BAS) Preventative Maintenance Service. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered. The Government plans to issue the solicitation on February 10, 2026.
This solicitation will be issued via the System for Award Management (SAM). No paper copies will be mailed.
The Embassy intends to award a contract/purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract/purchase order.
