Seymour Johnson Air Force Base, North Carolina, has a requirement for BASE CUSTODIAL SERVICES. The work shall consist of furnishing all management, tools, equipment, materials, personnel, and performance of work necessary to maintain clean, neat, and professional appearance of facilities. This requirement includes general facility cleaning services, restroom and locker room cleaning services, periodic services such as polishing/burnishing hard floors and carpet cleaning, and specialized services for child/youth care facilities and fitness centers. The 4th Contracting Squadron intends to issue a request for proposal (RFP) and award a single, firm fixed-price indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract. A one-year base period with four one-year options is anticipated. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION. Do not submit proposals or questions in response to this document. Solicitation is anticipated to be issued on or about 19-February-2026. Solicitation will be issued electronically and will be available on http://www.beta.SAM.gov; however, the Government is not obligated to issue a solicitation as a result of this notice.
