Description
The purpose of this modification is to update the technical specifications to include filter elements and extend the RFQ due date until 02/09/2026 1500PST. No additional questions may be allowed. Please provide all required documentations including Part and
Model number and product specification sheet, place of manufacturing and lead time. Failure to provide the requested information may result in removal from the award consideration.
Contractors are required to sign and return copies to the issuing agency.
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.
The solicitation number is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) 140G0326Q0016.
The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-06
dated 10/01/2025.

This requirement is not set-aside for small businesses.
NAICS: 221310, Water Supply and Irrigation Systems, $41 million.
Delivery Address: USGS Western Fisheries Research Center, 6505 N.E. 65th Street, Seattle WA, 95115.
Delivery date for estimate only: ASAP or 03/01/2026.
FOB destination requested.
Any award resulting from this RFQ will be based on a lowest price technically acceptable method. Each offeror must submit sufficient documentation for the USGS to evaluate in order to determine technical acceptability of their offer.
Equipment Requirement: New equipment ONLY, NO grey market or refurbished products. All items must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
USGS is tax-exempt.
