PRESOLICITATION NOTICE RFQ #36C779626C0170 ILEAD 4K Video Production Monitors April 10,2026 The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Institute for Learning, Education and Development (ILEAD) has media facilities in St. Louis, MO. and Salt Lake City, UT. These facilities support media production in the field and in studio environments. In FY 2024 we purchased 4K compatible video cameras and now require additional 4K video monitors and accessories to support viewing accurate video signals from these came. This notice serves as the synopsis of the proposed contract action in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.204 and FAR 5.201. The solicitation will be issued as a brand name or equal Request for Quotes (RFQ) set-aside 100% for Small Business concerns conducted in accordance with RFO Part 12. The formal request for quotes (RFQ) will be posted to Contract Opportunities on/about Friday April 10, 2026 and quotes will be due on Thursday April 16, 2026 at 1:00 PM (Eastern). To submit a quote in response to this notice, please follow the directions in the RFQ that can be found through Contract Opportunities at the RFQ number identified above. Questions of a technical nature will not be answered as part of this notice; however, all general questions may be submitted in writing to the issuing office via email at glenn.saddler@va.gov and michelle.rhodes@va.gov.
