Print Bid Title: Kodiak Island Borough - Environmental Assessment of Mental Health Facilities Invitation to Bid Category: Environmental Services Status: Awarded Description: INVITATION FOR BIDS The KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH will receive sealed bids until 2:00 pm (local time), April 26, 2022 , for the Environmental Assessment of Kodiak Island Borough Mental Health Facilities. All work to be done under one Contractor as described in the Scope of Work: Hazardous Materials Survey and Phase 1/Limited Phase II Site Assessment for the site and property located at 717 Rezanof Drive, Kodiak, AK 99615. All work must be substantially complete not later than June 15 th , 2022, and final completion achieved not later than June 30 th , 2022. There will be a non-mandatory pre-bid conference on April 18 th , 2022, at 10:00 am (local time) at the Kodiak Island Borough Building, 710 Mill Bay Road, Kodiak, Alaska. Potential bidders are encouraged to attend this conference. A walk through of the 717 Rezanof Drive property will be conducted at that time.
