RSFO REC SITE CLEANING CONTRACT

This requirement is for firm-fixed-price recreation site cleaning services for RSFO Recreation Sites. The contractor shall provide all labor, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to clean and maintain designated recreation facilities. Work includes maintaining vault toilets, picnic tables, fire rings/grills, and surrounding site areas at White Mountain Petroglyphs, Killpecker Sand Dunes, and Three Patches Day Use to ensure the sites remain clean, sanitary, safe, and presentable for public use.
Period of Performance
Base Year: 05/15/2026 - 05/14/2027
Option Year 1: 05/15/2027 - 05/14/2028
Option Year 2: 05/15/2028 - 05/14/2029
Option Year 3: 05/15/2029 - 05/14/2030
Option Year 4: 05/15/2030 - 05/14/2031

Basic Contracting Requirements:
1. Active Registration: www.sam.gov/SAM
2. Compliance with Section 889 clauses.
3. Invoicing and Payment: www.ipp.gov - 30-day prompt pay after delivery. We can accept and pay interim invoices.

6. Evaluation Criteria provided in FAR clause 52.212-2
