Description
The Defense Loglstlcs Agency ( DLA) wlll issue a Request for Proposal onFebruary 24 2026 at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mll /. The proposedcontract wlll be soliclited as 100% Small Business Set Aside. The NSNs listed on theRequest For Proposal (RFP) will have a contract minimum and maximumset at the NSN level. This will be used to determine if cost and pricing data will be required with any proposals ifnone of the exceptions apply.An Indefinite Quantity Contract with one base year and four (4) possibleoption years is anticipated. The total duration, base period plus optionyears, shall not exceed 5 years.The solicitation is for 1 NSN and will be solicited using FAR Part 12Acquisition of Commercial Products procedures. Inspection pointof Destination will be noted in Section B as well as any other technical andpackaging requirements.While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the finaldecision will be based on a combination of price, past performance,delivery, and other factors listed in Sections L and M of the solictation.
