For the purpose of this posting,please disregard the pre-employement screening and Section A and B of the personal qualifications and compliance section under the specification document. We are SOLELY looking to see if there is a market that is capable of completing this action.

For the purpose of this posting, you need to enusre that you are capable of doing/obtaining everything listed under Section 2 and Section 4 part 3 found in the specification document.

Description of service (also found in draft PWS attachment):

Is to provide dedicated facility monitoring, user support, administrative services, and operational coordination for all designated religious facilities at Fort Hood in support of the RSO mission.

This includes, but is not limited to, securing and preparing facilities for all scheduled events, providing program and childcare oversight in accordance with established Army standards, performing a range of administrative tasks, and serving as the primary liaison between the RSO and facility maintenance personnel.

The overall objective is to ensure a safe, secure, and supportive environment that enables the successful execution of all religious services and programs on the installation

All questions must be submitted no later than 2:00 PM Central Time (UTC-5) on February 25, 2026, to both the Contract Specialist and the Contract Officer at the above email addresses. Answer to questions will be provided NLT 2:00 PM Central Time    (UTC-5) on February 27, 2026.
