COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION REQUEST FOR OFFERS (RFO) This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the streamlined procedures of FAR Part 12 (Commercial Products and Commercial Services) and FAR Subpart 5.2. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested, and no separate written solicitation will be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Offers (RFO). All clauses are current through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03, effective January 17, 2025. DESCRIPTION The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract for the provision of all supplies, materials, equipment, labor, supervision, management, and transportation necessary to provide Landscaping/Grounds Services, in accordance with the requirements set forth herein. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE The period of performance consists of one (1) year base period and four (4) one-year option periods, for a total potential period of performance of five (5) years, if all options are exercised.
