Description
Presolicitiaton Notice
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Northwestern Division (NWD), Portland District intends to issue a commercial services solicitation, W9127N26QA037, for the removal of the Passive Integrated Transponder (PIT) Interrogation System on Lebanon Dam, Oregon. The PIT Interrogation System is generally comprised of, but not limited, to PIT antennas for detecting PIT tagged fish, PIT tag readers, transmitting power and data communication cables, and master controllers. This is a non-personal services requirement. Perform these services in accordance with the terms of the contract as defined in this Performance Work Statement and comply with all local, state and federal regulations.
The solicitation will be issued as a 100% Small Business set-aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 811210, Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance and the applicable Small Business Size Standard, as established by the U.S. Small Business Administration, is $34.0M. The Product Service Code (PSC) is J059 – Maint/Repair/Rebuild of Equipment—Electrical and Electronic Equipment Components.
In accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul FAR 12.201-1(c)(2), the Government may solicit quotations directly from suppliers for this acquisition at or below the simplified acquisition threshold. Vendors that respond to this notice and provide a valid point of contact may be issued the solicitation directly via email. It is the vendor’s responsibility to notify the points of contact below of their interest in this requirement.
If adequate competition is not received the RFQ will be posted to SAM.GOV
Solicitation issue date is anticipated to be on or about: 27-Feb-2026
Solicitation close date is anticipated to be on or about: 16-Mar-2026
The resulting contract will be issued on a Firm-Fixed Price basis with a 90-day period of performance expected.
