This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.
The solicitation number is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) 140G0326Q0068.
The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01 dated 03/13/2026.
This requirement is set-aside small business.
NAICS: 333132, Oil and gas field machinery and equipment manufacturing, 1,250.
Delivery Address: USGS Research Drilling Program, 3595 E Patrick Lane, Suite 100, Las Vegas NV 89120.
Delivery date for estimate only: 04/01/2026 or earlier.
FOB destination requested.
Any award resulting from this RFQ will be based on a lowest price technically acceptable method. Each offeror must submit sufficient documentation for the USGS to evaluate in order to determine technical acceptability of their offer.
Equipment Requirement: New equipment ONLY, NO grey market or refurbished products. All items must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
USGS is tax-exempt.
Offerors must submit sufficient documentation to demonstrate their capability to perform the required services. Failure to provide the requested information may result in removal from the award consideration.
