Solicitation number 127EAT26Q0015 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the toilet pumping of multiple locations at the Angeles National Forest. The Contractor shall furnish all equipment, supplies, water, chemicals, incidentals, transportation, labor, and supervision necessary to pump, wash down, inspect, clean, and disinfect toilet buildings (interiors and exteriors), and legally haul and dispose of effluents at an approved wastewater treatment facility and debris in accordance with State and Federal regulations and the contract specifications contained herein. Sites are accessible by a variety of road types including paved, chip-sealed, gravel and dirt. This contract shall be awarded for a base plus 4 option years, for a potential of up to 5 years.
There are five (5) separate service area locations where pumping services are needed. Below are the site names and county.
Service Area 1: San Gaberial Canyon- Los Angeles County/Mt. Baldy- San Bernardino County
Service Area 2: Wrightwood/ Vaylermo- Los Angeles County
Service Area 3: Angeles Crest/ Front Country- Los Angeles County
Service Area 4: Tujunga/ Pacoima- Los Angeles County
Service Area 5: Saugus- Los Angeles County

This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.
