To: All Potential Offerors and Interested Parties
This is a notice of cancellation regarding the pre-solicitation notice W912L2-26-R-0001, originally posted on February 2, 2026. This notice announced the Government's intent to issue a solicitation for a Request for Proposal (RFP) for maintenance and to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control.
Please be advised that the planned solicitation will not be issued at this time.
This cancellation is due to the unavailability of funding for this requirement. No formal solicitation was issued, and no proposals or quotes were requested or received.

The Arizona Army National Guard (AZARNG) intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control. The contractor shall provide qualified and professional staff to perform Phased Maintenance Inspections (PMI) I and II annually; and 48-month service and inspections for the H-60 Series Aircraft. The contractor shall work in specialized shops and aircraft hangars associated with the Field level maintenance fixed base operations as well as perform troubleshooting and maintenance repairs on the flight line in support of Army Rotary Wing aircraft operational readiness. The contractor shall perform scheduled and unscheduled services, and corrosion control activities in accordance with (IAW) government directives, policies and technical publications.
