Specific Site Visit Information (also see FAR 52.236-27 Site Visit (Construction) included in Section L
(a) The clauses at 52.236-2, Differing Site Conditions, and 52.236-3, Site Investigations and Conditions Affecting the Work, will be included in any contract awarded as a result of this solicitation. Accordingly, offerors are urged and expected to inspect the site where the work will be performed if they cannot attend the site visit scheduled below. Note FOMC is a Fee Park, and contractors will be expected to pay Fees of the applicable park if they do not attend the site visit at the day(s) and time(s) indicated below.
(b) An organized site visit for both locations has been scheduled for: Friday, April 10, 2026, at different times to accommodate contractors wanting to attend both site visits and allowance for travel between both locations, the time are as follows:
(1) Fort McHenry National Monument & Historic Shrine (FOMC) is at 9:00 AM Eastern
(2) Fort Washington Park (FOWA) is at 1:00 PM Eastern
