Project Title: Science and Technical Support Services (STSSC) for the Mid-Continent Region (MCR) including Water Mission Area (WMA), and National Water Quality Laboratory (NWQL).
Current Places of Performance: Colorado, Montana, North Dakota, Michigan, Minnesota, New York, Wisconsin, and other designated locations.
Synopsis: The overall objective of the proposed commercial services IDIQ Contract is to provide science and technical support services required by the U.S. Geological Survey's Mid-Continent Region Mission Area.
The United States Geological Survey (USGS) Mid-Continent Region (MCR) including Water Mission Area (WMA), and National Water Quality Laboratory (NWQL) have a continuing requirement for on and off-site non-personal commercial science and technical support services. Services under this procurement will provide vital support to USGS. The science and technical support services are required in the following categories: Administrative; Program Management; Research/Science; Data and Information Management; Geospatial Applications, Modeling, and Associated Technologies; Technical Project Management; Facilities and Building Management Support Services; Data Entry Services; Accessioning Support Services; LIMS Support Services Warehouse Services; Physical Science Technical Laboratory Services; CoLabs and Contract Lab Data Coordination Services; Quality Assurance and Data Integrity Support Services; Subject Matter Expertise and Method Validation

Set-Aside Information: This requirement is being offered for competition limited to eligible 8(a) participants. The solicitation will be issued without further notice to https://sam.gov, upon SBA acceptance of the requirement for the section 8(a) program.

Proposed Contract Type: The Government contemplates award of a single Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) Contract that allows for the issuance of Firm-Fixed Price and/or Labor-Hour Task Orders resulting from this solicitation.
Estimated Proposed Contract Magnitude: $30M Contract Ceiling
Proposed Contract Period of Performance: Five (5) years with a six (6) month option period.
