Stockton Lake Project Mowing and Trimming for the United States Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City District
Description of Requirement
The USACE Kansas City District is conducting market research to identify businesses with the capability to perform mowing, trimming, and related grounds maintenance services at Stockton Lake Project, Stockton, Missouri.
The requirement is anticipated to be a Firm-Fixed-Price contract with a one-year base period and two (2), one-year option periods. The general scope includes, but is not limited to, mowing and trimming of approximately 25 recreation areas, including boat ramp access roads, parking lots, campgrounds, and office areas, totaling approximately 750 acres per mowing cycle. The frequency is approximately 14 mowing cycles per season.

Contractors are advised that information provided to the Government regarding this Sources Sought Notice will be considered Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and will not be released to the public or other potential contractors. The Government may retain this information for its records indefinitely.

Interested offerors shall respond to the Sources Sought Notice no later than 12:00 P.M. (CST) on February 13, 2026.

Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to contractors regarding their submissions.
