Description
This sources sought is to get a Request for Information (RFI) on potential solutions for replacements for the Oracle User Productivity Kit (UPK) tool as the current training and performance support tool for the mission-critical Defense Enterprise Accounting and Management System (DEAMS). Given that UPK is nearing end-of-life, the program faces an operational risk to the proficiency of its 26,000+ users across the Air Force. The objective is to conduct a market analysis and procure a modern Commercial-Off-the-Shelf (COTS) Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) that provides continuous, in-application training and contextual support directly within the user's workflow.
This is not a Solicitation, Request for Proposal (RFP), or Request for Quotation (RFQ). The Government is not obligated to award a contract or otherwise pay for the information provided in response to this RFI. Any information submitted by respondents is voluntary.
