Print Bid Title: East Elementary School Renovation, Phase I Category: Construction Services Status: Closed Description: The KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH will receive sealed bids until 2:00 pm (local time), February 15, 2017, for the EAST ELEMENTARY SCHOOL RENOVATION, PHASE I, Kodiak, Alaska. The scope of work includes renovation of individual and multi-user toilet rooms in East portion of building including replacement of plumbing fixtures; floor and wall finishes including abatement work; toilet accessories; and associated doors and hardware. Mechanical and electrical work as required for renovation including cutting and patching of existing surfaces. There will be a non-mandatory pre-bid conference at the East Elementary School, 200 Benny Benson Drive, Kodiak, AK 99615 on February 2, 2017 starting at 3:00 pm (local time). All interested bidders are strongly encouraged to attend this pre-bid conference. All interested parties are required to register in order to receive notification regarding amendments and addenda.
