INVITATION TO BID AIRPORT HEIGHTS SENIOR HOUSING CIVIL CONSTRUCTION 26T-DV-102March 13th, 2026 Cook Inlet Housing Authority (CIHA) is accepting sealed bids from responsible and responsive contractors for the Airport Heights Senior Housing – Civil Construction project, located at Tract 1 Seward Towers on the northeast corner of Debarr Road and Columbine Court, in Anchorage, Alaska. SCOPE OF WORK:Scope of work for this project includes furnishing, installing, performing and warranting all work necessary to complete the Airport Heights Senior Housing civil & site development as described in the contract documents, adhering to all applicable local, state, & federal regulatory building codes and standards. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, clearing, grubbing, civil & site development, deep utilities, road closures & associated permits, etc. in preparation for the vertical construction to be bid and developed under a separate contract. The Owner shall be responsible for the ADOT ROW Permit and MOA Building Permit. This scope of work shall not interfere with or delay the building construction work which is anticipated to start in July. The selected civil contractor will need to coordinate and work with the selected building contractor on sequencing certain tests and overlapping schedules. Additionally, the Contractor shall comply with all administrative requirements of the contract, including the submission of a project schedule, safety plan, schedule of values, daily reports, Section 3 reports, MBE/WBE reports, certified payroll reports, submittals and other tasks required under the contract.
