This Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit competitive proposals from experienced and qualified experts in the field of forest mensuration and statistics to consult with CARB staff and provide timely input on questions from CARB staff on topics related to the statistically sound quantification of forest metrics, including questions related to sampling strategies, data collection, data processing and classification, as well as statistical analysis and inference.
