Description
The requirement under this contract is for the inspection, maintenance, repair, and service of HVAC systems and associated equipment, as detailed in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform scheduled and unscheduled HVAC services to ensure reliable climate control operations.
Locations of Service:
1. Primary Facility: 749 Highway 91, near Leadville, Colorado in Lake County
Site Visit:
Site visits will be held between March 12, 2026, and March 19, 2026. Site visits must be coordinated through the Plant Supervisor Jenelle Stefanic via email: JStefanic@usbr.gov.
Participation is strongly encouraged to ensure complete understanding of system layout, site constraints, and service expectations. Interested vendors are encouraged to conduct a site visit prior to submitting a quotation to ensure a full understanding of the Governments requirements.
