Description
The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract based on initial proposals, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
The proposals from General Contractors for Perimeter wall repair at U.S. Government 43/2/71 including:
- Erect a temporary fence. The fence shall offer temporary protection to the property during construction.
- Demolish the existing boundary wall, including removal of foundations and restoration of all disturbed areas to match existing finishes.
- Excavate foundation trenches to a depth of up to 1200mm.
- Construct foundation walls of blockwork, incorporating vertical and horizontal reinforcement, fully tied into foundations, columns, and reinforced concrete beams.
- Construct solid concrete blockwork.
