The selection process must comply with State of Alaska, Ketchikan Gateway Borough and Federal Aviation Administration procurement requirements to ensure open and fair competition. A copy of the Request for Proposals (RFP) documents may be requested through Amy Briggs, Borough Procurement and Contracts Officer at or found on the Borough’s website, http://www.kgbak.us/ See ‘Construction Manager at Risk Services for Phase A of the Ketchikan International Airport Terminal Expansion’. Even though the RFP documents are provided online, each firm must register with the Borough each bidder must register with the Borough through the Borough’s online bidder registration form: http://www.kgbak.us/143/Procurement Proposals from unregistered respondents will not be accepted. No faxed or oral proposals will be allowed. Any questions regarding the RFP should be directed to Amy Briggs, Procurement Officer, by email at There will be a non-mandatory pre-proposal conference held at the Ketchikan International Airport on 17th day of June 2024, at 2:00 p.m. followed by a tour of the KTN Airport. To be considered, a complete sealed proposal package in the format requested must be received at the Office of the Borough Clerk, 1900 First Avenue, Suite 230, Ketchikan, Alaska 99901 by 3:00 PM local time, July 09, 2024.
