Description

A0001 - The purpose of this amendment is to release answers to questions received via industry Respondents.  Additionally, the response time and date are hereby changed.  See the applicable attachments (A0001_2031JW26N00006_OCC CRS and RFI_Attach 1-Rev_QandA Worksheet_26N0006-CR) for additional details.

This is a request for information only - it does not constitute an Invitation for Bids (IFB), Request for Proposals (RFP), or Request for Quotation (RFQ). This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not commit the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) to issue a solicitation (RFP/RFQ) or award a contract for any supply or service whatsoever. The OCC will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI.  All costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the Respondents’ expense. Those who respond to this RFI should not anticipate feedback concerning its submission other than acknowledgement of receipt if the Submitter requests acknowledgement.  The OCC elects to respond to comments and questions resulting from Respondents’ Q&A Worksheet submission (Attachment 1) if it is determined that doing so would benefit the agency.

Introduction

The OCC is requesting information on court reporting services for its Chief Counsel’s Office (CCO) Business Unit.  More specifically, the OCC requires nationwide court reporting services, including digital court reporting, stenotype, videographer, and virtual court reporting services.  Travel will be required for the resulting contract across the continental U.S. and its territories.  Additional details regarding the scope of work, tasks/activities, and associated deliverables can be located within Attachment 2 Performance Work Statement that is being presented in DRAFT format while final requirements are redefined. 

All Respondent questions must be received via email at Matthew.Quinn@occ.treas.gov by 12:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) on Friday, February 6, 2026.  Questions must be submitted using the Attachment 1 Q&A Worksheet.  Respondents must submit final RFI responses to the above email address by 12:00 PM ET on Friday, February 13, 2026.
