****FEDERAL LICENSE REQUIRED: All Bidders must be a dealer/distributor authorized to sell to Pennsylvania law enforcement, must have a Federal Firearm’s License, and a Pennsylvania Firearm’s License. A copy of their authorization to sell in Pennsylvania and copies of both the Federal and Pennsylvania Firearm’s Licenses shall be attached to the bid. These documents should be included in the bid response.
